Privacy & cookies

Swim Timetable (Berkshire) is a static timetable site. Session listings come from OpenActive feeds; we do not operate user accounts on this site.

Analytics & cookies

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) may load only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. The measurement ID is read at runtime from our server; if it is not configured, no analytics scripts run and the banner does not appear.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 with all storage types denied by default until you accept. Reject keeps analytics off. Your choice is stored in localStorage under st_cookie_consent.

When GA4 runs after consent, Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits. See Google’s privacy policy.

We send optional events if you accept: book_click (pool, town, session type, link domain on operator booking links) and report_submit after a successful contact form submission.

Contact & reports

Use the contact form for wrong times, missing pools, or general questions. Messages are stored privately in a Notion database for the site owner — not published on this site.

Third-party booking sites

Operator booking sites linked from pool pages may set their own cookies when you visit them.
